Description |
Solutex "All In One" is a water-based-tri-polymer, min 65% solids compound to produce a rubber like coating for use as a protective and waterproof coating on building surfaces. Solutex "All In One" is a water dispersed material dispersed material with excellent adhesive properties and mechanical toughness, which will resist abrasions U.V. blistering and is equally tough in various temperature conditions. Solutex "All In One" is applied straight from the pail and final thickness is recommended as two coats.Typical surfaces for application are Concrete, AC Sheet, Brickwork, Textures & Finishes, Plaster, Masonry, Metal and etc

Application |

Solutex "All In One" can be applied by brush, roller or sprayed. |
|
All surfaces must be clean, dry free from grease before application. |
|
Steel should be degreased and free from rust and flaking paint before application. |
|
All expansion joints and any surface cracks and defects should be treated prior to application. |
|
Apply only when weather is fine and dry and not below 6 degrees Celsius. |
|
Touch dry in 30minutes. Dry time is approx. 24 hours at 25 degrees Celsius when applied at 0.4mm thick. |
|
Coverage is approximately one litre covers 12m/sq. coverage is also dependant upon surface. |
|
Tools should be washed in water immediately after use |

Specification for The Application of Solutex "All In One" |
|
All surfaces to be clean and dry. Ensure no grease or oils are present. |
|
Apply one coat of Solutex "All In One" PRIMER at the rate of 7.5m². Allow 1hr to dry. |
|
Apply one coat Solutex "All In One". Allow four hours to dry. |
|
Apply second coat as above at the rate of 1.2m² per litre. |
|
Wash up in water. |
