	Introduction
	Q-PanelType II wall system is a specially engineered lightweight panel system designed to cater for today's method of Prefabrication wall construction. Comprising of an insulation board that is made out of a high grade, fire retardant and rigid Polystyrene block. Rendered with LWC which bonds magnificently with the Q-Panel Type II to give the wall a smooth and seamless finish.

	Process of fabricating and installing Q-Panel Type II System
	Insulation board is pressed between a structural steel membranes wall frame.
	Aligned to the edge of far concrete slab.
	Fix with threaded rod, chemset, loxins, titacon or equivalent fixings.
	Apply modified fiber reinforced basecoat.
	Apply the finishing coat to the exterior according to designs.
